Present simple and adverbs of frequency

Here you have a sheet to review the present simple. We have practised at class.

Remember we use adverbs of frequency (always, often, sometimes, rarely, never) before the main verb. For example:

  • She always plays chess.
  • I often wear jeans
  • He sometimes reads comics.
  • We rarely go to the beach in winter.
  • She never goes to school on Saturday.
Be careful! Adverbs of frequency always go after the verb "be"

We are never angry
